My Approach

In my coaching practice I use a combination of methods to help my clients achieve their goals. Using brain-based methodology and strengths-based tools, I help clients understand, appreciate and use their natural talents to level up in their life and careers, and build on their areas of greatest potential to achieve their goals.

  4. I stretch and challenge you to get the most from your coaching

  5. I ensure you stay on track and make progress toward your goals

To allow the client to gain the full benefit of coaching and ensure progress is made towards achieving identified goals, coaching commitments are no less than 12 weeks. Clients are asked to commit to an engagement of at least 14 weeks which is inclusive of a 2-week prep period prior to the start of the first coaching session. Longer engagements are available as determined by the coach and client.
